There is an incredible amount of exposure here. Early on I was working on projects that mattered and getting in front of people that probably would have taken years of relationship building to foster elsewhere. Aside from high visibility and exposure you get a lot of ownership. Not just helping out on someone else's work, but actually building things and seeing the impact. The pace is high but so is the opportunity. If you're someone who likes being pushed and wants to grow quickly, there's a lot here for you. I've learned more in my time here than I expected to, and I'm definitely not the same person I was when I started.

I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
