Pros: Inclusive Work Culture - where employees feel accepted and valued. The diverse team promotes collaboration and mutual respect, creating a positive and supportive environment. Challenging Opportunities - to grow both personally and professionally. Through engaging projects and assignments, they push you to expand your skills and knowledge, promoting continuous development. Wonderful Team Dynamics - day to day has been enriched by working with a wonderful team. Colleagues are supportive, cooperative, and inspire each other, contributing to a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere. Employee Recognition - The company recognizes and appreciates the efforts and contributions of its employees. They acknowledge achievements and provide recognition for accomplishments, which boosts motivation and job satisfaction. Professional Development - The company places importance on employee growth and offers resources and opportunities for professional development. Training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives are also available to acquire new skills and proficiencies.

Contras

Not sure this qualifies as a con but the general speed of change in any growing company. Some people really like adapting to new things and some people dont. Also, gave 4 stars all around but certainly a 5 star company. I believe 5 stars means no room to improve.
