Toxic. The managers were unfair, absolute no recognition. Employees work overtime every week and don’t get pay properly. Leadership was very repressive and often made fun of certain employees in their back. Personal goals and targets were an obsession but there was no comission. Employee’s availability is often dismissed and not taking in consideration when schedule is made. Communication is chaos and staff turnover very high. Salary is bare minimum, you barely financially survive. The worst part ? They make employees pay for their own uniforms which they have to fully change every quarter.
