Most workers are downright miserable and some more so unstable, very hot and humid inside the plant with summer time near 40 degrees, an obscene amount of drama, between workers to the point of sabotage and harassment, long term grudge holding..... it's a pretty childish atmosphere ethically. most management is reluctant to help you with much, new workers are usually confused and given very little orientation or training but expected to know all procedures that aren't actually listed anywhere just known by the full timers. Petty tat for tat mind games were rampant between individuals throughout the whole facility and the h.r. doesn't care about most anything at all. And some SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS like wires laying in puddles of water. Machines catching fire ohhh and constant molten plastic fumes with ventilation "THAT'S JUST FOR SHOW " to cover up. Basically it's a time bomb there
