Salary - Poor Hours - expected to go work incredibly unsocial hours and they don't care about work-life balance managers (not all) - can't manage Senior manager - poor management/people skills lots of talk - no action Lots of people who think they're clever - getting people to play rugby not changing the world Do not listen to the community game Too much pressure on volunteers You have to be overqualified and have too much experience to get a role that doesn't require it for poor money Frustrating when they share a bold new initiative with staff, you would then be encouraged to promote the said project to only find out months later through the grapevine that it's not actually happening anymore - too many times this happened.
