Prós
there is so much potential to excel here! I am tired of hearing from AEs that just want to close inbound leads or SDRs who aren't up for making the dials. Seasoned AEs who aren't afraid to prospect and run a consultative sales process will do GREAT here.
Contras
There have been some times in the past where leads were not being parsed out efficiently. Sales Ops has done a TON to ensure we are targeting the best medical practices now.
