I was offered a promotion without even asking based on what I was able to contribute to the Firm and I felt that the Firm was more than fair in its compensation plans and annual reviews. Employees were truly evaluated on their merit. The Firm also sponsored diversity initiative committees, ongoing community outreach and substantial pro bono investment. The people are awesome; I still miss my SR family.
