Being in a rapidly evolving recruitment landscape, we sometimes face constraints in scaling operations and adopting the latest HR tech swiftly. Process optimization, especially in cross-functional collaboration and documentation, is still a work in progress. There is room to further strengthen mid-level leadership and invest more in structured learning and development programs for team members.
