      Prós

      Excellent work life balance. Hardly any work in office. The job is so simple anybody can do, I mean not challenging so good for people who likes to chill.

      Contras

      Lot off. No tax benefit in any manner. No benefits. The CTC might look lucrative but not worth it. Every component is taxable and lot of hidden costs. Nothing is free or addon as benefit. Very very low profile and outdated work. Actually it is hell for tech savy people. Decisions or anywork are so slow that can't imagine.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
