Too many meetings during the day; Shuttles for midshifters are on first-come-first-serve basis (but staff can reimburse taxi expense); One of Shell's core values 'Respect for People' is sometimes ignored by few staff; Graduate Hires are more favored by the managent in terms of promotion (but G-hires are really doing great and most of them are really capable of and with great potential; but those who are more tenured and also capable lose their chance for promotion)
