      Prós

      Join the company, only if you are good at politics, I bet people & management over here, can give any seasoned Indian politician run for money. This is not professional run software, IT or Product company. It is just time pass adda for people(especially management), who are thrown out of their previous companies due to non performance & other compliance issues. Higher management, HR & even majority of other employees working here are social pyschopaths. They don't even hesitate even a minute to spoil someone's career built over years.

      Contras

      I didn't see any Pros to highlight Cons. Join the company at your own risk, it would be like putting life long savings in gambling.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.

      There are lots of meetings.
