Easy work schedule and flexible with things to do outside of work - Casual dress code (Shorts and flip-flops are common in summer) - Frequent company paid rewards (Friday foods and company Christmas party) - Work hard and play hard
Contras
Difficult to fit in if you did not attend one of the colleges that the CEO or management did - Company has history of creating products, selling it for a profit, and the subsequently downsizing workforce - You actually work for an HR firm as a contract worker within SSS so that means that benefits are minimal - Lack of consistent training and development of current workers beyond staring at your screen for weeks and watching videos that contain outdated information.
