Prós
Great mission - at least the core of the program, not the 'possibility movement' branding that makes no sense. For a nonprofit, the pay is competitive (esp if you are the CEO making $200K+!!). I joined because of a regional leader who left. The org has been a disaster since she departed which is why I quickly moved on.
Contras
Organization has poor senior management (CEOs, new regional EDs, no development leadership) and because of this, it has been slip sliding downward and I'm afraid Spark's days may be numbered. The organization is broke with no leadership or direction. If interviewing, make sure to ask pointed questions about org finances and job security. Wouldn't recommend joining unless you are okay with these risks.
