Work life balance, if you live and work in Israel, it's a good company.

Over time, it has become increasingly apparent that there are organizational challenges impacting employee engagement and regional effectiveness. Specifically, there seems to be a limited understanding at the management level of how a multinational corporation functions, particularly with regard to supporting and developing talent outside of the headquarters in Israel. This has resulted in a lack of alignment with regional processes, regulatory requirements, and on-the-ground insights, which are critical for sustainable growth and operational success. From an HR standpoint, there has been limited visible effort in fostering open dialogue, supporting career development, or actively retaining talent. Rather than addressing concerns directly, communication tends to be delayed or redirected, which can lead to a perception of disengagement and missed opportunities to build trust. In addition, the current VP of Services does not appear to have a background in the medical or healthcare industry, which has at times contributed to decisions that lack alignment with industry expectations and team feedback. This has created a disconnect between leadership direction and operational realities, affecting morale and team cohesion. Together, these factors have contributed to an environment that does not fully support professional growth, collaboration, or long-term employee engagement.

growth focused. good product. extremely hardworking and dedicated team. some strong KOLs and industry references.

Contras

Heavy cultural influence by central team which takes time to integrate as an outsider. need to broaden customer KOLs. still playing too small in the industry. CEO turnover implies misaligned strategy or execution.
