Top management is disrespectful to employees. For example, the boss asks female employees their weight and gives negative comments on how much employees eat on regular basis, and he is usually screaming and yelling in inappropriate languages. The benefits are bad. They don’t provide insurance, and the boss doesn’t allow sick leave if you tell him that you have a doctor’s appointment ahead of time.
