The company was recently acquired and is going through a hyper-growth phase. Hiring is the biggest challenge right now (as it is for everyone). There are some growing pains to work through in order to scale. Things that worked for the company as a start-up won't work at scale and need to be revisited. But this is all part of growth and expected.
