Prós

StackAdapt is the kind of company where high performers thrive. You’re given autonomy, cutting-edge tools, and the kind of sales leadership that genuinely wants you to succeed—not just hit quota. From day one, the onboarding and training are best-in-class. You’re set up with enablement resources, role-specific decks, real-time data access, and incredible support from product, marketing, and CS. Everything’s designed to help you sell smarter, not just harder. The culture is fast-paced and demanding, but in a good way—it attracts reps who are hungry, proactive, and collaborative. Leadership is transparent and receptive to feedback, and they’re quick to implement changes that drive efficiency. There’s a clear GTM strategy here, and reps are encouraged to bring Challenger thinking to their deals. Prospecting is respected and expected, but you're not micromanaged—you’re treated like a pro. From a client perspective, the tech delivers. Australian agencies and brands are leaning hard into first-party data, personalisation, and measurement and StackAdapt ticks all those boxes.

Contras

If you’re looking for a chill, clock-in/clock-out role, this probably isn’t it. Expectations are high, and pipeline discipline is non-negotiable. But if you’re motivated and love growth, you’ll do well.

Prós

Honestly hard to name many at this point. There was a time when StackAdapt had real energy — people seemed to genuinely enjoy the work and each other. That culture has mostly eroded. If you're considering joining, do your research on what the company looks like today, not what it was two or three years ago.

Contras

Leadership quality has declined significantly. Several managers in place have no business being in those roles — they contribute little, take credit for wins, and deflect blame when things go sideways. It creates a demoralizing environment and good people notice. Comp structures have shifted in ways that primarily benefit the top of the org. What used to feel like a fair deal now feels like the goalposts keep moving. On the product side, there's not much that meaningfully differentiates StackAdapt from competitors, and there's a lack of transparency with clients around pricing. It's hard to feel proud of what you're selling.
