      One of the most positive aspects about this company is how open and transparent they are with us. The company not only provides great benefits but also they are extremely positive and supportive of the caregivers.

      -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

      Contras

      -The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
