This is a small organization with room to grow

So many snacks and candy laying around the office. The owners are very kind.

This is a leadership heavy organization with only about 3-4 positions that are not supervisory or managerial. Leadership desperately needs to train on how to empower their subordinates instead of their current method of condescension and belittling. This environment is perfect if you are the leadership, but for most others, it is a world of micromanagement, odd and inappropriate comments about you behind your back, and closed doors (the opposite of the open door policy they state they have). To sum it all up, if you're an emotionally immature mess who loves to be talked down to, you will fit right in. The benefits are very average, maybe even sub average for what the national standard is. Even with the highest tier of coverage, the deductible is still extremely high.
