By reading the other comments it feels like we are not talking about the same company. The entrepreneurial/ start up like environment enables career growth, visibility and the opportunity to wear different hats and learn. This model is not for everyone but if you like working independently, having the chance to implement your ideas and new processes, likes owning processes from end to end and is accountable then this is your place. During 2020 Sunday Riley continued to pay all hourly employees their average hours without putting them on furlough. The company is often involved in helping different causes either through donation or by raising awareness on the topic and showing support. Employees receive a generous gratis every quarter.
