Contras
The advertise to be transparant, but it's mostly appearance. A few examples I encountered when working there: - As a master graduate I applied there and the presented me a salary which I thought was too low. They assured me however that it was correct (little did I know), but later on I found out that my colleagues who had identical years of experience but a bachelors degree, earned equally or more. There was no explanation from TMC and they did not change this. - After yearly performance evaluation, the salary-increase is active from March on (where January is the standard). Again no exlpanation - Study budget is effectively half of what the say and after I resigned they withhold it from my final salary. There were no actions taken when I mentioned to TMC that I wanted another project.
