Prós

Flexible work start time Depending on your supervisor - you can work from home occasionally That's pretty much it.

Contras

Even if you are getting your work done and there are results, if management doesn't SEE you doing the work - then they don't count it. It seems like management cares more about perception than anything. You could be a great employee that shows results, but if there was a 'perception' that at one point, you looked like you weren't busy enough, then that perception will follow you throughout the company. There is an expectation of employees to work, at least, 9 ½ - 10 hour days. If you are working less than that, then you aren't working hard enough. After the 10 hour days in the office, work is expected to be finished from home. There is no work-life balance here. There's plenty of others but I think what I have stated is enough

People are great My manager and co-workers are always available Remote work is a positive experience As a 100% employee-owned company employee voices are heard, and we all reap the benefit of TechFlow success.

Contras

As a medium size company you get to wear many hats which can be a pro and/or a con.

Management is quick to throw you under the bus or give you their work and claim ownership.
