1. NEPOTISM : In IT industry if you want to see a classic case of Nopotism then go here. 2. Employee strength of 40 for a 15 year old company, it's the same core of people doing same work and behave as owners of company. 3 People just feel frustrated on daily basis over here and ultimately leaves the company. Only those stay here who are unable to get offers from outside. 4. No Vision: Management has no vision, no roadmap, they sleep at night and based on their dream the next days course of actions are decided. 5. Frogs in a well or crabs kind of mentality.

Thanks for the feedback. You are right when you say that we hire employees through references. However any candidate goes through a defined process of interview before getting selected. It is always good to consider the references as they onboard faster and stay for longer duration than any traditional hire. Not only hiring, but we always focus in retaining our old employees, as loosing a valuable employee is always a big loss. They are always an asset to any organization. Being an MNC with 85+ employees mainly serving the UK market, we believe in quality employees rather than quantity.
