      Very good environment to work with nice work-life balance. Besides that, you have the freedom to discuss and propose solutions and ideas to make the company better. They are willing to help you in your professional grow, and will help you with trainings/workshops you desire to do. You have the change to choose between different challenges and mission. The salary package was pretty good.

      Contras

      There was still things to improve regarding the internal and HR processes.

      Prós

      Technology Partner is a good place to find a balance between professional life and private life. The ambiance is casual and all people work together to deliver the best quality on their projects. The management team is attentive to employees wellness and does the maximum to improve themselves.

      Contras

      Technology Partner is a young company so if you want to join us, you need to be patient about business process and luxuries advantages like an amazing integration week-end in Miami or a Porsche as leasing car :).

      If you want to master .NET, TP is for you! But if you're more of an other world, everyone at TP is eager to hear you and learn from you!

      Contras

      Meeting with colleagues at TP brings such nice memories that you could deplore a bit to be sent too far from the meeting place.
