Nothing positive to say unfortunately

Avoid at all costs. I lasted a total of three days at this company before realising it was an absolute mess. The role and benefits advertised bore little resemblance to reality, and there was no proper employment contract in place. The company is badly organised, lacks basic professionalism, and seems to operate in a constant state of chaos. There is little structure, poor communication, and no real sense that anyone knows what they are doing. The workplace culture was equally disappointing. Colleagues were rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming. Rather than working as a team, the environment felt toxic and full of egos. The boss himself was by far the biggest problem. The owner came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of touch with how to run a business. I also witnessed behaviour towards female staff that made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the culture being promoted. Three days was enough to see the red flags. If you're considering working here, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

tlThere is a reason when you google them no reviews appear. The office is stated as being in Warrington, it's actually in Nottingham. The real director has too much of a terrible reputation which is why he's not listed on companies house. If you google or Facebook this company or its previous incarnation 'Telecoms GB' and you will find threads regarding them, all of it reall bad. The company take you on, and pretend you are employed, where in reality you are not, they are deducting tax and NI from you but not paying it to HMRC, no work place pension, no pay slips, all completely illegal. They tell customers they will settle finance agreements and do not honour these, they sell bargain basement telecoms kit on 7 year leases. There are office staff and engineers involved in it all and choose to participate in tax avoidance etc. I would avoid these jokers like the plague as they are nothing but trouble.
