The Business Stakeholders were amazing!

They had an established PMO that fully supported the Business. Those Business Stakeholders loved it and felt supported for the first time in years, then they dismantled it. Then, because of leadership disagreements on how a requirement should be written and assigning tasks to Business Analysts that are not standard, such as selecting a new vendor and conducting all of the analysis in a few weeks, the environment changed dramatically. It was no longer stable.
