The Channel Company does a lot to show that they actually care about their employees, and they are committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Even though I work remote, I still feel like a huge part of the company and have a strong sense of belonging. The company also has a strong commitment to supporting diversity, and showcases this with their communities (women of the channel and inclusive leadership network).
There is plenty of opportunity to grow and learn, and the benefits are pretty good too. The company also does its best to help employees have a good work-life balance. All of the executives I’ve encountered so far (including the CEO) are wonderful people.
Contras
Since I work remote, it would be nice to have an in-person gathering to meet everyone - hopefully as covid settles the opportunity will come up!
