The full time employees look down up the part time employees. Management is poor. Hours promised are far less than a person actually gets, yet they keep hiring and the pay isn't all that great for what they expect you to do. The Container Store promised a lot to their employees but delivers much less. You get offered insurance as a part-time employee, yet they don't even give you enough hours to pay for half of it. 8 to 9 hours a week isn't really worth coming into work for.
