Prós
Difficutl to say now. So much has been stripped away that once made this a good company. The best reason...the "regular folk"--those who are realistic--are what I liked about the job. It's also nice that there's no penalty for treating customers well.
Contras
Brainwashed, long-time employees who think that TCS is absolutely the be-all and end-all. Maybe it once was, but not now. 7 total holidays, only 3 of which are not floating. A salary freeze, and no 401-K match (because this saves jobs?). The worst...a tie...the arrogance that the company is still the best place to work, or being called "leaders in the business" when we're really nothing more than hourly employees. C'mon, get real.
