Prós

Everyone is so nice to work with. We all seem to actually enjoy our jobs!! The schedule is flexible enough and the manager is very nice.

Contras

Working weekends stinks no matter what company you work for but I guess it could always be worse. Requesting days off is pretty easy.

Decent pay for the most part

Contras

No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
