You have to work holidays, including 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, etc which is not worth it at their exceptionally low pay structure. Management and HR are unprofessional & should be replaced. I was in the hospital so I was off work a few weeks, but when I returned I eas immediately put on a performance improvement plan for things that were completely fabricated. I then did everything in my power to prove them wrong and did. I was scheduled for a raise, but the Friday before my meeting about my raise I was “laid off”. Seems discriminatory to me. Stay away at all costs
