The best part about working here was the family atmosphere. The company was there to help out those who needed the help. My co-workers were like my family. I enjoyed going into work everyday everyone helped out everryone. There was no "its not my job attitude".

The only cons that I ever had was the it was mostly government funded programs. Grants were the majority of the funding and with all of the government cuts funding was always a question.

They will pretty much never fire you for anything. Relatively few if any real responsibilities that you are actually accountable for.

low pay, low respect, rude clients, even ruder critique from bosses (basically if you aren't perfect you get to hear about it constantly), no job security, no way to evaluate them the way they evaluate you (harshly and regularly)
