Fullly remote, some good people

Contras

7 CEO's in 6 years while middle management have planted themselves firmly and everyone above or below them leaves within 1 year. sales and marketing is specifically horrible. There is constant employee churn, infighting, groupism, favoritism. Toxic people stay and good ones leave. No scope for future growth, low salary, no salary hikes, no other real benefits. Work here only if you are totally desparate for some job!
