I have been employed through Unity for a little over three years and have been witnessed to a lot of different walks of life in the duration I’ve been at my current office. Just a few things that I appreciate from my office: PTO accrued each pay (biweekly) Paid major holidays Great benefits (medical, dental, vision) Shown appreciation from patients and physicians Team work Adequate training (once placed in an office after on-boarding hiring process and briefing on EMR) Reasonable annual raises

Contras

Everyone has their own cons about employers but, personally I am overall pleased with my office. Of course, there could be minor tweaks to the daily flow and appreciation coming from the company itself, but nothing to go into great detail about.
