A few friendly co-workers remaining. So many employees left.
Contras
Where do i start!?!?! New leadership (if you can call it that) has no idea how to lead a company. They play favorites and they do not value workers who do a great job. They HAD great benefits, but now they are downgrading all benefits due to cost savings efforts. There are too many similar companies that offer better benefits and treat people with respect. Clean house. Get rid of the weak and inexperienced leadership. Leave the sorority mentality out of it.
