Compensation and incentives are not very transparent
- Life insurance (If you have a plan or foresee yourself to have an unfortunate accident)
- Otherwise NONE
Contras
- NO LEAVES (They call it SIL to get through Philippine Law)
- HMO is not enough (Only for single people and no dependents)
- Once hired, you're on your own in the client's office.
- Focuses only on what is in the contract
- NO JOB STABILITY
- Once client says NO then they also says NO (Dog like attitude)
