Worst place I have ever worked. Mid-level managers treat their employees like dirt. Barely a step above the foreign temps in the plant. Threats, intimidation, and bullying are the norm. Everyone is thrown into multiple product lines with little practical training. Forced into 50+ hour work weeks during the summer. Be prepared to work Saturday, Sunday or both. Performance reviews are deliberately negative so they have something to use against you. Managers are incompetent, firing good workers in favor of less experienced and lower paid others. Frequently given impossible deadlines, then reprimanded when they are not reached. Every system they use is broken and when someone complains they’re ignored then suddenly let go. Virtually everyone hates it there and are only working to get paid.
Avoid this place like the plague.
