Obviously as CEO and Founder I am enthusiastic about babelforce, so you might quite rightly discount my views. But I can give you an idea what sort of culture we strive to create. We put our values under 4 categories: Health, Purpose, People, Craft. You can talk to our team members and find out for yourself that we really live these values. If you can't be healthy doing your work, then it cannot be good. We regard ourselves as craftspeople. We add value by each person bringing passion and purpose to their area of craft. Under "people" we understand that everything is about the team. At the individual level it all depends on the quality of imagination that each person can bring to the table. But nothing happens unless the interactions between the team members allow these individual imaginations to work together to create something beautiful and of value. Purpose is required to focus all that we do towards success. We encourage everyone to be audacious.
Contras
It is not an environment for everyone. babelforce is a team you join to test yourself, to get out of your comfort zone. I would advise you not join babelforce if you donÄt want to stretch yourself and learn new things. Go-getter people who want to understand everything and perfect their craft can do great at babelforce. It's not a place to just put in your hours. It's more a place to achieve something great together.
