The company expects long-term commitment and requires employees to sign a bond, but does not reciprocate with competitive compensation or regular salary adjustments aligned with market standards. There is minimal support from leadership (managers and VPs) when it comes to advocating for employee growth or fair compensation. A culture of staying late and prioritizing deliverables over work-life balance is prevalent. HR and Employee Relations teams have limited authority to address employee concerns or drive meaningful changes.

Prós

Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

Contras

Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.
