Layoffs in January with several resignations since. Health insurance has been downgraded again. We were told in our quarterly meeting last month we will not receive a profit share bonus this year due to poor company performance. Sales continue to decline with new projects few and far inbetween. We let go of a recruiter as we are not hiring. I know of at least two members on my team actively applying for jobs.
