The constant shifts create confusion and can slow down execution. There is also ongoing friction between Operations and Customer Success, which seem to have overlapping responsibilities and competing priorities. Compensation has also shifted considerably over the past couple of years, with meaningful reductions to commission structures that have lowered overall earning potential. As company revenue continues to grow, these changes have created concern among employees about alignment between company performance and compensation.
