interesting projects, exposure to next generation technology and business models
Contras
As other reviewers have mentioned, inCode experiences the same problems as other third-tier consulting firms. There isn't a significant demand for what inCode offers by C-level executives (or even two levels below). None of the engagements are of a critical nature. Therefore, projects must be aggressively sold and taken on at rock bottom rates with the pitch that inCode offers a good value. Anyone in the strategy consulting industry knows this is a terrible position to be in for both the company and employee. Instead of charging premium professional service rates, inCode employees are treated as outsourced labor. Over time, the reputation suffers because consultants don't have an incentive to do exceptional work.
