- Decisions are made and not communicated to anyone out of "management level"
- High turnover, company has more than 10 years and avg employee is less than 2 years.
- Lack of ownership and product planning
- Too much pressure on delivery without any reason
- Many people got fired by performance w/o any previous feedback
