I’ve been working at Convertros for a while now, and what I appreciate the most is how much the company genuinely values people. As part of the Career & Employer Branding team, I’ve had the chance to see firsthand how leadership invests in development and in building a culture where collaboration is real, not just a buzzword. The environment is fast-paced (sometimes very fast-paced 😅), but that’s also what makes it exciting — you’re constantly learning and there’s room to propose ideas, not just execute. Leadership is approachable, and feedback actually gets heard and acted on, which is rare.
