People are friendly, you learn to think like a founder, past mistakes are used to improve, and you have growth opportunities. Payment is fair, raises also.
Contras
Bad management when it comes to lower levels (Team Leads). Toxic behavior and ego fight. Lots of colleagues had 1...2...3 burn-outs in the same year. HR does whatever is possible to help them, but some bosses keep making it worse.
