      Prós

      Working at Lean Layer has been the most enriching experience of my career. I’ve faced challenges I had never encountered before, and that’s extremely rewarding because you can clearly see the incredible progress and technical maturity gained each month and the team is absolutely exceptional.

      Contras

      Working in consulting can be hard to get used to, you’re constantly striving to deliver the best results in the shortest time, which requires quick decision-making. It’s important to maintain a mindset focused on building scalable solutions while also being mindful of time spent and the complexity involved.

Getting to work with different businesses and industries has been an amazing experience, as well as developing different tech stack knowledge. - Strong Culture: The internal culture is grounded in respect and humanity. It’s refreshing to work in a place where people actually care about each other. - Challenging and Rewarding Work: The projects are complex, but they’re also engaging and meaningful. It keeps you sharp and motivated.

      I can't see actual cons other than the ones inherently related to Consulting Practices: - Fast-Paced Environment: The workload can be intense, and it requires strong time management to keep up. - High Demands: The bar is set high, which can be stressful at times, but it’s also what drives growth and results.
