Lhasa is the best place I have ever worked for. The company's purpose and the direction where we are going is clear - communicated by the leaders to the wider company monthly - and completely in line with my values. We work in collaboration with different teams, which allows us to learn something new everyday, and this is fascinating. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and to learn from interacting with brilliant minds from the Science team and with our members. Not to mention the refurbished office which looks amazing, with collaborative and modern spaces. I also see the leaders promoting those who deserve to be recognised, and hiring really talented people to join our team. Moreover, the flexibility to be able to either go to the office or work from home - whichever suits you best - is a great advantage, as well as the 34 days of annual leave and great salary. All this makes me feel really lucky to be part of Lhasa.
