Back here at ProtoCall, we’re excited to have seen a significant shift in recent months in our success recruiting our crisis counselors. We’ve been able to hire and train nearly 70 new staff in just the last 3 months. And even with such big new hire groups, our newest hires are still raving about our training program and onboarding support! This success in building our staff also means that the pace has started to calm down a bit, especially compared to the last two years.
