It's the worst. I still can't do it. The point is that they want to make sure you understand consultative sales. Look that up. I would start with a question. i.e. "What do you like to do for fun or as a hobby?" followed with "How do you manage your time?" blah blah "Would you benefit from something that helps you keep track of your things you have to do?". Find out what is important to the client and tailor your conversation in that manner.

Just watch Wolf of Wall Street...actually, that is for hard core sales. I always used this question to weed out sales people versus order takers, except I used a pencil. It's all about understanding what the client will do with the pen, what their needs are, and what they don't want...once you learn the appropriate information, you can customize a response. Just don't forget to ask for the business! Textbook.
