The recruitment team asked not to share my resume while the process was being carried out. They took about 3 weeks to reply after the first round and didn't care to reply after the second round. I myself pinged the interviewee to ask for the results and got to know that they are not processing it further even when I was able to answer all his questions. Nothing more than a waste of time.
